The location of the hotel is superb, especially for someone like me who is disabled. Being in the center of town allowed me to easily access the ferry, shops, cafes, and bike rental shop. The room exceeded my expectations in terms of size, especially the spacious and modern bathroom. The common areas of the hotel were also beautiful, and I appreciated the water stations on each floor for easy access to cold water.
I felt really comfortable during my stay at 21 Broad in Nantucket, with no complaints whatsoever.

The location couldn't be better, right in the heart of everything. It was so convenient to be within walking distance of all the downtown attractions. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, especially Sean at the front desk who went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. The hotel itself was beautifully decorated and the rooms were well-appointed with all the amenities I could ask for. I especially enjoyed the comfortable beds and the spacious sitting area. The outdoor terrace was a great place to relax and people watch. this place exceeded my expectations and I would highly recommend it to anyone.
